Semi Automatic Weigh Metric Bucket Pail Filling Machine for Liquids

The machine is a gravimetric Load cell based Weighmetric Liquid filling machine.

Suitable for almost all types of free flowing and semi viscous liquids like Paints, Primers, Thinners, Solvents, Diesel Exhaust Fluid, DEF, Lubricant Oils, Edible oils, Pesticides, Fertilizers, Chemicals, etc.

The Semi Automatic Weigh metric machine is equipped with a high speed micro-processor which enables functions of auto tare, settings for coarse filling, fine filling, in-flight weight and storing of 10 recipes to facilitate easy access to pre-set settings, for various filling materials and weights. Two stage pneumatic plunger type cut-offs for coarse and fine filling are provided to ensure drip free filling and high degree of accuracy. All product contact parts are in stainless steel 304. Platform height is adjustable to suit the height of the containers. Stainless Steel idler rollers are provided for easy transfer of the empty buckets and filled buckets on either side of the platform.

A stainless steel 304 product holding tank is provided on the machine. The tank is equipped with a pneumatically operated stainless steel 304 in-let ball valve. It also has a pneumatic Level switch with float to ensure that the product level in the tank is maintained, which results in high degree of accuracy in filling.

Semi Automatic Weigh metric Liquid filling machine is available for filling range of 250 g to 5 kg and from 5 kg to 20 kg in separate machines. Filling Speed depends on the viscosity of the product, the weight to be filled and the efficiency of the operator. The machine is also manufactured in 2 nozzle variant for faster filling in the same container for the bulk filling in buckets. Accuracy is +/- 6 g for 1 Kg to 5 Kg and +/- 12 g for 5 kg to 20 kg. or better.

Semi Automatic Lid Pressing units are also manufactured which can be placed adjacent to the filling machines for efficiently sealing the lids on to the buckets.
