The machine is a gravity filler with load cell based weigh metric system, Equipped with a Stainless Steel 304 tank, S.S. Ball valves, pneumatic level switch, the machine is pneumatically operated. The control panel is housed in a ex-proof housing.
Filling range is from 200 ml to 5 Liters in smaller model for filling in narrow mouth containers and from 4 L to 20 L for filling in 2” dia mouth containers, in bigger model. Platform height adjustment is provided to adjust the height to suit the container height. A two stage pneumatic plunger to cut-off the filling ensures high accuracy.
Control Panel includes high speed microprocessor with settings for Auto Tare, Coarse Filling, Fine Filling, In-flight weight correction and memory for 9 recepies.
