Semi Automatic Powder Filling Machine Model KR/SAF-100 is the base model of Powder Filling Machines offered by us. It is equipped with a Servo Motor for Auger Filler. It is suitable for packing multiple products in mutable pack size in small batches and is best suited when solid containers and laminated and non laminated pre-made pouches are used for packing.

Powder filling is controlled with PLC based controller for filling to achieve very high accuracy in filling. It comes with built in pulse. The auger rotation pulse is modified and adjustable by touch screen system for accurate weight compensation. This assures high filling accuracy.
