Automatic Auger Powder Filling Machine Model KR/AAF-500 is a versatile machine, self-supported on steel legs with height adjustment system. The machine is precision built on sturdy welded MS frame completely clad in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine. Machine works on auger filling principle. The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body. No container No filling arrangement is a standard feature of the machine. The system consists of two conical SS hoppers with servo driven auger and a low speed stirrer and SS slat chain conveyor. Containers moving on in feed SS Slat conveyor are positioned under the funnel in pairs with the help of settable twin pneumatic stopper. Servo driven auger rotates when the container is sensed under the funnel. With the help of auger RPM and time, speed of filling and volume can be adjusted. Both containers are filled one by one at each filling head. Continuous low speed stirrer allows uniform feeding of powder in to the augur screw. Filled container then moves for further operation like Capping, Induction sealing and Labeling.
