Automatic Flow Meter based Volumetric Liquid Filling machine is extremely flexible machine, capable of filling accurately and rapidly free flowing and semi viscous products. The product is finely measured through a high quality and accurate flow meter and dispensed into the container. Automatic Flow meter based Liquid Filling Machine is manufactured with a 304 stainless steel frame. All product contact parts are made from stainless steel 304 and offered from 2 nozzle to 8 nozzle machines. Diving Nozzles are provided for foaming liquids to eliminate/reduce foaming problems. Production depends on the type of liquid to be filled, Volume to be filled, dimensions of the container etc. PLC controls, touch screen HMI allows the operator to adjust the fill volume via touch screen located on the operator interface. Minimum time is required for changeover from one pack size to another. Flow Meter based Volumetric Fillers are designed to add efficiency to any production line used mainly for filling of Edible oils, Lubricating oils and other liquid products, for filling range from 200 ml to 5 L , and 5 L to 25 L.

The machine is with a Stainless Steel 304 slat conveyor, the length and width of which depend on the number of nozzles and the dimensions of the container. Complete line consists of Turntable, S.S. Slat conveyor with sensors and container stoppers, Automatic Filling unit, Capping machines and Labeling Machines all synchronized with each other.
