Specifications

Semi Automatic Grease Filling Machines are manufactured for filling grease in solid containers in range of 200 g to 1 Kg, 500 g to 5 kg and 2 kg to 18 Kg.

Filling is Volumetric. The machine is electro mechanical machine and nominal compressed air is required only to lift the containers.

AUTO TIN LIFTING

Electro Pneumatically operated Tin Lifting arrangement is provided to remove human error during grease dispensing operation. The grease being lighter material needs to be pressure filled in the container. A manual operation of holding the tin below nozzle and lowering it during dispensing cycle is eliminated to obtain accurate weight.
